A Textbook

This is the first "textbook" that my friend gave me. It's the thickest and all I can see is words. Total of 1020 pages.



Tell u the truth, this isn't a textbook, it's a book of baking and pastry from Chef Bo.


Chef Bo Friberg is the Executive Pastry Chef at the San Diego. He has received two gold medals at Culinary Arts Exhibit of the Pacific Coast. And also demonstrated the art of pastry making on television shows.
